  • Cart-eligible items are shipped by air using UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post.
  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
  • Carefully packed with air cushions and cardboard to prevent damage.
  • If any damage occurs upon arrival, please contact us with photos.
B2C Shipping Countries (Consumer Orders)

Regular B2C (consumer) shipping is available to the countries below:

North America:
United States, Canada.

Europe:
Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands.

Asia-Pacific:
Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand

Important:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes) or APO/FPO addresses. For tracking and delivery confirmation, please provide a full street address.
