• Cart-eligible items are shipped by air using UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post.
• Tracking numbers are provided for all air shipments.
• Items are carefully packed with air cushions and cardboard to help prevent damage.
• If any damage occurs upon arrival, please contact us with photos.

Delivery and shipping charges:
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is usually 3–14 business days, depending on the destination, shipping service, and customs clearance. Shipping charges depend on the destination, product size, weight, and shipping method. Please review the shipping charge shown at checkout before completing your order.

B2B shipments may require additional packaging, handling, pallet, or destination-delivery arrangements. These conditions are confirmed individually before shipment.
