Air Shipping (Cart-Eligible Items)	Cart-eligible items are shipped by air using UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. Carefully packed with air cushions and cardboard to prevent damage. If any damage occurs upon arrival, please contact us with photos.
B2C Shipping Countries (Consumer Orders)	Regular B2C (consumer) shipping is available to the countries below: North America: United States, Canada. Europe: Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands. Asia-Pacific: Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand Important: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes) or APO/FPO addresses. For tracking and delivery confirmation, please provide a full street address. If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping Destinations (Notes)	Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the local customs regulations. For other European countries, please refer to our Europe Compliance page. B2B shipping may be possible under conditions where packaging materials are reused or recycled locally in accordance with national regulations.
Large Stone Products (B2B Only / Not Cart-Eligible)	Available exclusively for B2B customers (landscaping or construction companies). Shipped by sea freight only. Buyers must have proper equipment such as a truck, crane, or forklift to unload. Please contact us before placing an order for large items.
