7. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1. Do you sell to individual customers?
Our handcrafted granite products are primarily for B2B transactions — including landscaping companies, contractors, and importers. However, small lanterns and ornaments listed in the shopping cart are available for individual (B2C) purchase in eligible countries.
Q2. Which countries do you currently ship to?
We offer full B2C shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, and Belgium. For other European destinations, B2B shipments are available under packaging reuse or recycling conditions — see our Europe Compliance page.
Q3. Can you handle sea freight for large stone lanterns or statues?
Yes. Large and heavy items (over 100 kg) are shipped by sea freight on pallets or in containers. Buyers must have a truck, crane, or forklift available to safely unload the cargo.
Q4. How are the products packaged?
Each product is securely wrapped in paper, air cushions, and cardboard for protection. Every shipment is double-checked before dispatch to ensure no movement inside the box. Our careful packaging record has maintained a zero-damage rate across all shipments.
Q5. Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. Tracking is provided for all shipments via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. For B2B sea freight, we also provide a Bill of Lading (B/L) and container tracking information.
Q6. Can you issue a Certificate of Origin?
Yes. For B2B transactions, we can issue a Certificate of Origin for EPA or CPTPP preferential tariff applications. Importers must declare this to their local customs authorities during import clearance.
Q7. Are customs duties and taxes included?
All prices are excluding import duties and taxes. The buyer (importer) is responsible for paying customs-related charges in the destination country. We can provide estimated duty rates upon request.
Q8. What is the production lead time?
Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks for small items and 4–8 weeks for large custom orders. Each piece is handcrafted by stonemasons in Okazaki, Japan, ensuring the highest quality finish.
Q9. What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
