Are your products genuine granite? Yes. We never sell concrete, resin, or ceramic items. Every product is handcrafted from authentic Japanese granite by skilled stonemasons.
Will I receive the exact item shown? Yes. Each piece is photographed individually, and you receive the exact item shown.
Do colors or textures vary? Yes. Natural differences (mica, tone, grain) are normal and not defects.
Can you issue Certificates of Origin? Yes, for B2B transactions. EPA/CPTPP certificates available.
Outdoor durability Granite is extremely weather-resistant.
Warranty No official warranty, but granite lasts for decades.

Shipping & Lead Time

  • In-stock: Ships within 1–2 business days. Delivery in 3–14 days.
  • Large/heavy: Sea freight, 3–6 months depending on region.
Can individuals buy large products? Mainly for B2B landscapers due to weight and required equipment.
Which carriers do you use? UPS, DHL, FedEx for small/medium; several sea freight forwarders for large cargo.
Pallet or crate packing Yes. Fumigated wooden pallets/crates.

Duties & Taxes

U.S. de minimis (USD 800) Effective Aug 29, 2025, duty-free de minimis treatment is suspended. All stone products may incur duties and import taxes regardless of value.
