Refund policy

We accept returns only if the item is defective, or if it is unopened and unused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our store in Japan.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Must include original tags and packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and return instructions.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Due to Customs Refusal

If an item is returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes, we will deduct both round-trip shipping costs and any applicable customs fees from the refund amount.

We do not offer full refunds in such cases.

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund timing depends on your bank or credit card provider.
