| Packing method | The two stone sections were individually wrapped with protective mats and bubble wrap before being placed in one cardboard box. The bottom of the cardboard box was reinforced with hot glue, and the sealed outer box was secured with stretch wrap. |
Shipping an Oribe Stone Lantern to Germany by UPS
This Oribe Stone Lantern is assembled by placing the upper section on the leg section. Because the two pieces have different shapes and weights, we protected them separately to prevent direct contact between the stone surfaces inside the box.
Each section was wrapped with a protective mat and bubble wrap. Rigid cylindrical cardboard inserts were then placed in the open spaces inside the box. These materials helped fill the gaps between the stone sections and the outer box and reduced movement and contact during transportation.

Packing Two Stone Sections in One Package
This Oribe Stone Lantern consists of two sections weighing 3.31 lb / 1.5 kg and 4.41 lb / 2.0 kg.
Each section was wrapped with a protective mat, followed by bubble wrap around the outside. Cushioning material was placed between the two sections so that the stone pieces would not come into direct contact.
Rigid cylindrical cardboard inserts were placed in the remaining open spaces inside the box. These inserts supported the empty spaces and helped keep the two sections from shifting during transportation.
The bottom of the cardboard box was reinforced with hot glue to help prevent it from opening under the weight of the stone product.
