Step-by-step packing process
1) Paper wrapping
The granite fox statue is first wrapped entirely in newspaper. This layer protects the surface and reduces the risk of micro-chipping caused by friction.
2) Air-cushion protection
Multiple layers of air-cushion are applied, with extra attention to the head, ears, tail, and base. These areas are most vulnerable during transport.
3) Corrugated cardboard reinforcement

4) Inner carton placement

5) External reinforcement with PP bands
Yellow polypropylene (PP) bands are applied around the carton. These bands prevent box deformation and maintain overall stability, especially for heavy contents.
